Day four

I didn't really like the black outline as much as I liked the white, this is prismacolor colored pencils with acetone on a canvas board. The moon is a theme in all the pieces.

Day three

Since it's a while since I did these, I probably won't have much to say but if I remember anything profound I'll put it down. I tried coating bees wax over this piece...it didn't work like I thiught it would but I'll try again.

the first and second day

I can't upload my first piece of art, it's too big but I woke up on the 2nd of November and found this Rumi poem
The new moon teaches gradualness and deliberation and how one give birth to onsself
s l o w l y.
Patience with small details makes perfect a large work, like the universe.
What nine months of attention does for an embryo
forty early mornings will do for your gradually growing wholeness.
So I decided I would wake up early every morning and create a new piece of art. My blog will be about the process.
